Zig Zag - Starting from your normal daily caloric intake, you then zig-zag up and down from this number every few days to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

Zone (in the) - A mental state where peak performance occurs without barriers. An athlete who is "in the zone" may reach a super-human level of performance.

Zottman Curls - You curl the dumbells up with your palms facing up, but at the top, you turn you palms to face down and then lower the dumbells, this works the biceps and forearms.
